Going on Tour

Why do I always feel like I'm running behind. PARALLEL is still in the editing phase and it's taking longer than I originally planned. I really have my work cut out for me on this one. So while my beta's will be getting their new copy a bit behind schedule, it's still on-track for a August release, even if it means August 31st!

My ROW80 goals were pretty simple: write everyday. Even during the editing phase, I still find myself adding new scenes, so that counts. But I also have a promotion goal, especially when PARALLEL comes out. So, after a lot of research, I decided to contact Kismet Book Touring to organize my blog tour. You might recognize this dynamic duo as two of the contributors over at Bewitched Bookworms. These gals certainly have it going on and I am honored to be working with them on this project. For now, it looks like I will be on tour in October and I will keep ya'll posted once things get underway.

That's it for now!

  1. Blog tour sounds exciting! Glad you seem to be recovering :) BTW...I LOVE your new cover for Parallel - it's gorgeous! Best wishes for this week.

  2. Yea, for blog tour! Believe me I know all about never feeling like your finished, I feel like that every day! Sending you good writer vibes..haha!

  3. Adding new scenes definitely counts! And I agree - a blog tour sounds really fun! Contributing to the good thoughts for your week. :)

  4. Good luck with your blog tour. I set aside a month to edit Aeris, just to give you an idea of how long I think it should take. :) I'm hoping for a Sept. release, but the writing is not going well right now.

Now get going, so I can read it!!

  5. Want to make the universe laugh? Make a plan! Lol. You know, I'm sitting here tapping my foot impatiently. I can't wait to get my hands on Parallel! I also love the cover!

Good luck with the blog tour! It sounds exciting!

  6. Lauren - Thanks! I'm glad you like the cover. It's good to get feedback on things like that :)

Amber - got your vibes and it's working!

Cricket - recieved your thoughts too...

Kate - I'm just going to blame you. I'm taking all your feedback and making appropriate changes :)

Stacey - I know, I know! I promise to have this to you by the end of the month! I think I might work faster if you yelled at me or something...

  7. Love blog tours! I always feel like I'm rushing and not getting anywhere myself, but if you're set to release at the end of August, that sound like good progress to me!

  8. That'll be fun! The Bookworms are so enthusiastic and do really creative things. They're doing a tour for me in October, too :)

  9. Deniz - thanks for your vote of confidence!

Jeff - Yea! Now I really have to step up my game if I'm going to tour alongside Alexander Death :)

  10. I'm rooting for August 31! :)

And a book tour? I'll definitely be interested in how that turns out. I have now idea how those thing are organized, the logistics, etc . .

  11. Oh we are really looking forward going on tour with you! Thanks for the wonderful and sweet shout out Claudia, we are super glad you found us and I'm sure we will have lot's of fun!
