I'm a bad ROW80 writer this week (again). Thank god I'm not a sponsor this round or I'd be forced to resign!

My blog tour is officially over. Well, the grand-prize winner still needs to be determined, but essentially, my part is done. Now I can go back to writing book 2!! I have worked on it off and on and I'm itching to get back to my story. Thank you again Danny and Heather at Kismet Book Touring for doing an awesome job on my tour. Seriously, I really could not have done it without you two!! XOXOXOX

Today, I spend the morning writing a guest post for fab author Karly Kirkpatrick's blog and updated the new Parallel cover to Amazon and B&N. So while I haven't written anything in a few days, I have done something on the writing front (yeah, I keep telling myself that).

Oh, I also managed to get approved as a seller on iTunes last week, so I promptly uploaded Parallel to iBook. I hope it goes 'live''s been about a week since I uploaded it and it keeps telling me they are reviewing it for quality or some such nonsense.

Just an FYI, I may not have much of a writing update on Wed. I have so much going on that day, I may just have to do my ROW80 update on Sunday.

  1. Might not be word count, but it all needs to get done. :)

I want to hear how today went. Did the words just pour forth in gorgeous form? Sometimes a break where you just don't have time leads to the most glorious writing when you get back in the game.

  2. Even though you haven't necessarily been writing all the 'bits' that go with writing are as important!

Hope you have a great week!

  3. Claudia,
I wanted to let you know that Parallel will be featured in my Wednesday check-in. I've got the post ready.

Also, I'm still in the (very early) planning stages with the 12 Days of Christmas Reading List idea...(wow, that's a long title...jeepers!)

I'd like to make a giveaway hop - as I think it would make a lot of traffic right at the Christmas buying rush I've been hearing about...but I have little knowledge on the 'how-to'. I'll check around on it. I also thought about having a 12 day countdown with each participant featuring a book a day type thing all while having a 'Master-List' of books to gift on our sidebar or something?? I don't really know yet. But thanks for your interest. I'd like to have something more concrete soon...time's running out!

  4. A bad ROW80 writer? There's no such thing! Alas, a writer's life isn't always about the writing. Just remember to breathe somewhere in that busy schedule of yours. Good luck!
